Client Care Coordinator – Home Oxygen

Position Overview:

The Client Care Coordinator – Home Oxygen is responsible for managing patient appointments, processing claims, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and providing exceptional support to patients, ensuring seamless patient care and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments within the designated timelines
  • Retrieve and respond to all inquiries (telephone, fax, email, apps)
  • Plan and coordinate time-sensitive patient hospital discharges
  • Process, submit, and track insurance and government claims forms
  • CRM data entry and maintenance
  • Process patient accounts receivable and payable transactions (credit card, debit, cheque & cash payments), when required
  • Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to arrange for patient visits, deliveries, and follow-up
  • Adhere to client service levels and deadlines
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

     

Experience Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of medical office administrator experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping patients improve their health
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on all Google Business Suite products (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet)
  • Completion of post-secondary education or combination of administrative experience or related field
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to multitask while working and thriving in a busy environment
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics

     

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site
  • Regular 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
