Roles and Responsibilities:
- Vehicle maintenance and inspections before and after use, compliance with policies and procedures, and highway rules and regulations
- Deliveries, setups, and pickups of home medical/oxygen equipment within an assigned route in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Set up and training of equipment for new oxygen patients and delivery to existing patients
- Attend to patient needs by delivering products according to the daily schedule and as committed
- Instruct clients in equipment operation and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs when necessary
- Complete daily inventory tasks and coordinate with inventory
- Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available for after-hours/on-call emergency service on a rotational basis
- Appropriately complete necessary documentation as required for client records and billing
Experience Qualifications:

- Proven ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment, safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently with strong time management abilities
- Effective communication skills with staff and customers
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; ability to multitask
- Reliable and committed to providing excellent service, flexible and adaptable nature
- Proficient in smartphone technology usage
Considered an asset:
- Previous work experience in driving/delivery involving customer service
- Work experience in a physically demanding environment
- Previous training in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
