I had my CPAP machine appointment with Franca today and she was fantastic. She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through how to use the machine, set up the mask properly, and explained how to clean and maintain everything. She also encouraged me to ease into using it and made sure all my questions were answered.

I got my first CPAP a few weeks ago and met with Franca. She was super helpful with the whole process. She spent about an hour and a half going through using the machine, how to clean it, and particularly advising on different types of masks. She took the time assist with trying a few different ones and getting the fit right.
Its a bit daunting looking at these for the first time and Franca was wonderful in getting everything set up. She was even nice enough to call to follow up with how things were going.

The employee Franca was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was indecisive on which mask i should get and Franca was very patient, helpful and spent extra time with me to make sure i picked the best fit for me. I highly recommend Franca and this clinic. In case anyone's wondering, OW covers the machine and supplies in full. This whole process was easy and i can't wait to get a good nights sleep with my new sleep apnea machine.
