Key Features

Upgrading to a fabric-lined cushion is strictly necessary if standard silicone causes you severe skin irritation or blistering.

ComfiSoft™ Fabric Interface

A moisture-wicking, breathable textile layer fused over the silicone core keeps your skin cool, dry, and entirely free of red friction marks.

AdaptiSeal™ Technology

The flexible core dynamically contours to your specific facial geometry to maintain a relentless grip, even if you are an aggressive side sleeper.

UltraCompact Profile

Sits completely under the nose, entirely bypassing the sensitive nasal bridge to eliminate sores while keeping your field of vision wide open.

Direct Frame Interchangeability

Snaps perfectly and seamlessly into your existing AirFit F30i or X30i frame—you do not need to buy a brand new mask system to upgrade your comfort.

QuietAir™ Diffused Venting

Advanced exhaust vents aggressively break up expelled air, rendering the mask near-silent to stop you from waking your partner or dealing with cold drafts.

No Rigid Plastic

The cushion relies entirely on flexible, contouring materials, stripping away the hard plastic clips that dig into your face during the night.

Who is this best for?

Swapping to the AirTouch fabric cushion is a non-negotiable upgrade for patients who physically cannot tolerate standard CPAP silicone.

Users with Silicone Sensitivities

If traditional mask seals leave you with contact dermatitis, blisters, or raw skin, this fabric-wrapped cushion is the only logical solution to continue therapy.

Hot Sleepers and Heavy Sweaters

The breathable ComfiSoft fabric actively wicks away moisture, preventing the mask from slipping around in a pool of sweat during hot summer nights in Marathon.

Patients with Nasal Bridge Sores

The under-the-nose design completely eliminates all physical contact with the top of your nose, instantly relieving painful pressure points.

Mouth Breathers

Delivers the expansive mouth coverage required to maintain therapy pressure when your jaw drops open, without suffocating your entire face.

Current AirFit F30i Owners

Because it shares the exact same frame geometry, you can instantly upgrade your comfort level by simply snapping this cushion onto your existing headgear.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The fabric layer requires a completely different, strict maintenance routine compared to standard silicone. Failure to follow this will destroy the cushion in days.

Daily Cleaning

  • Disconnect the cushion from the F30i frame every single morning.
  • Hand wash only. Soak the cushion in warm water with a mild, unscented liquid detergent.
  • Gently massage the fabric to strip away acidic facial oils and sweat. Do not aggressively scrub with a brush.
  • Rinse thoroughly until the water runs completely clear and all soap is gone.
  • Gently squeeze the fabric inside a clean towel to remove excess water—never twist or wring the cushion.
  • Lay flat to air dry completely out of direct sunlight.

Weekly Deep Clean

  • Soak the cushion alongside your other mask components in warm soapy water for exactly ten minutes.
  • Gently agitate the water to clear any hidden debris from the QuietAir vent, then rinse the silicone cushion vigorously.
  • Lay the cushion flat to dry in a shaded area before snapping it back into the frame.

Replacement Schedule

  • AirTouch Cushion: Every 1 month (Strictly mandatory; the fabric absorbs oils and degrades much faster than raw silicone)
  • Full Mask Frame: Every 6 months
  • Headgear: Every 6 months
