Key Features
Upgrading to a fabric-lined cushion is strictly necessary if standard silicone causes you severe skin irritation or disrupts your airway seal.
What’s in the Box
Your package includes the exact fabric-hybrid component required to immediately upgrade your nasal mask setup.
Who is this best for?
Swapping to the AirTouch fabric cushion is a non-negotiable upgrade for patients who physically cannot tolerate standard CPAP silicone.
Cleaning & Maintenance
The fabric layer requires a completely different, strict maintenance routine compared to standard silicone. Failure to follow this will destroy the cushion in days.
Daily Cleaning
- Disconnect the cushion from the N30i frame every single morning.
- Hand wash only. Soak the cushion in warm water with a mild, unscented liquid detergent.
- Gently massage the fabric to strip away acidic facial oils and sweat. Do not aggressively scrub with a brush.
- Rinse thoroughly until the water runs completely clear and all soap is gone.
- Gently squeeze the fabric inside a clean towel to remove excess water—never twist or wring the cushion.
- Lay flat to air dry completely out of direct sunlight.
Weekly Deep Clean
- Soak the cushion alongside your other mask components in warm soapy water for exactly ten minutes.
- Gently agitate the water to clear any hidden debris from the QuietAir vent, then rinse the silicone cushion vigorously.
- Lay the cushion flat to dry in a shaded area before snapping it back into the frame.
Replacement Schedule
- AirTouch Cushion: Every 1 month (Strictly mandatory; the fabric absorbs oils and degrades much faster than raw silicone)
- Full Mask Frame: Every 6 months
- Headgear: Every 6 months
